Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

Delivery Timing and Coordination

• If you need to receive your order at a specific time, please contact us. We can help you coordinate with the delivery company's operations manager.
• Please note that time-specific delivery depends on the courier’s route, schedule, and workload, and cannot always be guaranteed.

Important Delivery Notes

• Please ensure your mobile phone is active and accessible during the expected delivery window.
• Provide a clear and accurate delivery address to help avoid delays.
• If the courier has already left your area, they may not be able to return the same day. In such cases, your order will be delivered the following business day.
• If the delivery address is changed after your order is processed, the shipment will be returned to the delivery company's office and re-routed to the new address. This may cause delays, so we recommend confirming your delivery address carefully at checkout.
• The delivery representative cannot wait more than 15 minutes at the delivery location.
